Sebastien's journey from earning a B.B.A. with a specialisation in Management & Marketing in Boston in 2022 to moving to Miami testifies to his adaptive spirit. Having frequently visited Miami since 2016, he developed an intrinsic understanding of its various neighborhoods, with a particular fondness for Key Biscayne, thanks to the close ties he fostered there with close friends.
Following his move, Sebastien took proactive steps to explore the real estate industry. In October 2022, he obtained his sales associate license, motivated by a previous, gratifying internship in the field. When his family bought a renovation-needy house in The Venetian Islands in 2019, Sebastien saw an opportunity for practical growth and stepped in to supervise the remodel, thereby enhancing his industry knowledge.
Sebastien's relationship with Thibaud De Saint Vincent, the CEO of Barnes International, proved to be a decisive career stepping stone. It led to his appointment as an assistant to Barnes International Management's property manager, a role that furthered his professional development in real estate.
Through property management, Sebastien formed strong networks with local vendors. Furthermore, hands-on property maintenance increased his grasp of home fundamentals. As the properties he manages are in Miami-Dade, including Little Gables, Brickell, and Key Biscayne, Sebastien gained valuable insights into these neighborhoods.
